  • Custom & Specialized Orders: Custom orders may require additional time for proofing and adjustments. Please allow 10-14 business days for custom product creation.
  • Weekend & Holiday Processing: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Production Time

  • Standard Production Time: Once your order is confirmed, it will be produced within 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the item(s). Some orders may require longer production times, especially if custom artwork or special materials are involved.
  • Rush Orders: We offer rush production services on certain products. Please contact us directly for availability, pricing, and time frames for expedited production.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery after the production time, depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: Currently not available.
  • Shipping Upgrades: Faster shipping options (e.g., 2-day or overnight) are available at checkout. Prices vary based on location and size of the order.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

Delivery Issues
